Meet Sprout – Anne Cho, Project Manager
In our Meet Sprout series, we ask each member of the Sprout Health Solutions team about their work, what brought them here and what makes them tick. Next up is Anne Cho, Project Manager.
1. What does your role at Sprout involve?
As a project manager, my role involves supporting, implementing, and overseeing key projects to ensure they are goal-focused, on time, and within budget. Proactive and meticulous, the PM seeks to help the project teams achieve effectiveness and efficiency in our work.
2. What led you to this career?
Prior to joining the Sprout team, I came from the executive administration and management support background in the healthcare and banking industries. The skillsets I’ve developed have well-equipped me for the PM role, where I can leverage my strengths to excel and develop new skills.
As someone who enjoys anticipating the needs of my teammates and stakeholders, I hope to become an asset to the team and make a positive impact on Sprout’s current and future projects.
3. What do you value most about the work you do at Sprout?
I find great excitement and satisfaction in being part of a highly skilled team and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.
4. What recent area of work are you most excited about?
I am genuinely thrilled to collaborate with the brilliant minds of Sprout. There is an abundance of knowledge and expertise that I am eager to absorb and learn from.
5. What three words would your friends use to describe you?
I picked the three I liked the most ????:
Empathetic, perceptive, reliable
6. If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
Omnilingualism: the ability to speak and understand any form of language
I am quite envious of polyglots. With this ability, traveling the world would be much more meaningful, easier, and fun!
I would also like to include “baby talk” (babbling) in this, as I have a 3-month old nephew who I’d love to understand.
